Mr. Satterfield is currently a partner for Capview Partners where he is responsible for the overall business development activity. He serves as a member of the investment committee.

Mr. Satterfield has worked for RQSI (or an affiliate) in real estate special situations since 2003 holding many different roles. He was previously a Partner with Newfield Capital Partners, a boutique private investment firm where he was responsible for its real estate investments. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Conficare, a real estate investment, and development company, in charge of overall business development. Prior to his role at Conficare, he was a Managing Partner at EBA, a $500mm private equity real estate fund. Before that, he was a Managing Director at Everbright Ashmore Fund, a private equity real estate fund primarily focused on asset management. He was formerly a portfolio manager for a multi-family property portfolio where he was responsible for its overall performance, including acquisition, construction/rehabilitation, and divestment activity.

Mr. Satterfield received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina.
