Jessica Donnelli Godwin is the Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of Capview Partners. Mrs. Godwin leads the charge on all aspects of sales, marketing, and capital markets for Capview’s investment products and is responsible for the company’s revenue-generation strategy and execution as well as go-to-market approach. Leveraging her extensive network, she forges strategic partnerships, cultivates client relationships, and expands Capview Partners’ investor base.

With over 16 years of experience in real estate and finance, Mrs. Godwin brings a wealth of expertise in various domains, including single-family rental homes, proptech, investment sales, private equity, investment banking, and homebuilding. Prior to joining Capview Partners, Mrs. Godwin served as the Director of Build-to-Rent at Roofstock, a real estate technology company. Her leadership and strategic vision played a pivotal role in establishing Roofstock as a market leader in the build-to-rent segment.

Throughout her career, she has participated in the sale of institutional-quality residential and commercial real estate properties, totaling over $1 billion. Mrs. Godwin is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states, and her ability to identify emerging trends and navigate complex market conditions makes her a sought-after industry expert. She holds a M.A. in Innovation and Design and a B.A. in Real Estate Finance, both from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. She resides in Dallas with her husband and young daughter and enjoys concerts and spending time outdoors.
