Mr. Da Silva is a Director at Capview Partners, responsible for all the financial and quantitative analysis behind the firm’s real estate investment solutions. He has 10 years’ experience in Financial Analysis, Commercial Real Estate Funds, and Corporate Finance.​

Mr. Da Silva initially joined the Capview team in May of 2016 as a Senior Associate managing the research, analysis, and presentation process for institutional and private equity funds. Mr. Da Silva was solely responsible for developing financial models, presentation materials and conducting research and analysis for existing and new fund strategies.

​Prior to joining Capview, Mr. Da Silva worked as a Controller and Finance Director for the Martifer Group, a publicly traded multinational construction, and renewable energy conglomerate. Prior to joining Martifer, Mr. Da Silva worked as a Project Manager and App Developer for one of Salesforce’s most recognized Real Estate partners, REthink CRM. He was also an Analyst for the Ann Rife Cox Endowment Fund at Southern Methodist University where he covered both Real Estate and Financial Services sectors.

​Mr. Da Silva graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he earned a BBA with Honors in Finance and a BSc. in Economics.
